One of fall's hottest trends? Leopard print! In this video I'm going to show you how to do two types of 4-strand braids (woven braid and rope braid) in which you can incorporate your leopard print scarf. I've seen them everywhere so it shouldn't be hard to get your hands on one.
I have made videos on both braids in the past but this one teaches you how to braid it with a wrap-around scarf. This does take practice so you will get better with time :) Good luck!

Hey guys, I've been meaning to do this braid for a while but kept putting it off because I didn't have any ribbons. ^_^' I did this braid by accident when I was trying to do the 4-strand chain/box scarf braid (link below). The placement of the hair and ribbon is important so always make sure that you have 2 strands of hair on one side and 2 ribbons on the other. :) Enjoy!

Start as a simple French Braid, but let the bottom strand out and grab a new strand from the hair on the side of the head. Keep braiding one side and secure the end of the braid with a pin. Braid the other side and connect the braids into one braid. Curl the cascading ends to finish the style. * I used 2 tubes
L'Oreal 3O Volume Developer ( Sally's Beauty Supply $6.00)
Color Bowl
Tinting Brush
Vaseline or Conditioner to prevent color from staining skin
Gloves

*The little things on my ears are ear covers. You can find them at Sallys as well. ;p

-Mix 1 part color (1.2 oz) & 2 parts developer (2.4 oz)
-Start at the bottom of your hair & work your way up, leaving your roots for last.
-Let color process for 30 minutes to an hour. I left it on for an hour because my hair was dark.
-Rinse hair in cold water
-I used Macadamia Deep Repair Masque after coloring
-Let hair air dry to prevent any added damage from the heat of a blow dryer

* My hair is pretty much in the same state as it was before I dyed it red. & remember I did color it twice. It doesn't feel dry at all.

I get A LOT of requests on how I do my hair and I've always been a huge fan of hot rollers so I decided to do a tutorial for you guys! I love using hot rollers because 1) It's fast and easy. You can put them on and get into your car, and take them off before walking into work or any special occasion...I may or may not have done that ;) 2) I believe it's less damaging than a hair curler alone since the heat you use with hot rollers cools down as it curlers your hair so it's not a constant high temperature on your hair 3) Your curls really do LAST LONGER! I've totally noticed that.

Best if you have a little texture to your hair. Either 2nd day hair, add some dry shampoo, If you have curly or wavy hair, etc. (teasing/backcombing is also an option but not a recc. one)

Start by sectioning the front portion of the hair at the hairline, and secure the back section of the hair with a hair clip. Apply gel, mouse of any hair product, including hairspray to the front section of the hair, slightly tilt the head towards you, and start braiding the hair. Grab 3 hair strand, leaving some hair on both sides of the section, and do a 3 strand braid and add hair from both sided of the front hair section. Secure the braid with a rubber band. NO HEAT Wavy Hair

Steps:

1. Start on front right of the head and section out a large strand of hair that can be your base for the twist around the head.
2. Divide this strand in two equal pieces and twist them around each other once.
3. Take a new selected strand of hair and place it between your twisting strands, so that it literally falls through.
4. Twist the two original strands once more.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 all the way around the back of the head and towards the top of the left ear.
6. When you finish your last twist, grab a bobby pin and secure the end of the twist above the ear, making sure to hide the bobby pin as best as you can.
7. Use hairspray {if desired} to help control flyaways.
