First having been responsible for the stratospheric soar in commercial success and desirability of brands such as Yves Saint Laurent and Gucci, it is still relatively recently that he has made his mark under his own name.
How to get the Tom Ford perfect lip:
"If your mouth falls lower on one side, then when you're putting on your lipstick, maybe on one side of your bottom lip you go just over the lip line, and on the other side you're right on your lip line." -- Tom Ford
The lips are the finishing touch to a flawless look. Depending on what you've got going on elsewhere, they should either be the strong focus or polished neutral accompaniment to your overall look. We've gone for a slick daytime shade, but the same principles can be applied to a bold evening colour.
After ensuring lips are moisturised, work plenty of the creamy lipstick on to your Tom Ford Lip Brush straight from the bullet.
Once you have a sufficient amount on your brush, begin to fill in the lips from the centre out.
Use the flat edge of the brush to act as a guide around the edge of the lips, follow your natural line but go over where needed to ensure you have a symmetrical result.

I personally wouldnt do this all the time since my lips arent small, when I do this they can lick fishy I guess? I do like it :) but I also like my natural lips :D

Must have Tools:
Concealer or Foundation
Lipliner
2 Different Shades of Lipstick (Similiar Colors)
Lipgloss

THERE IS A REASON WHY MAKEUP ARTIST DONT USE TISSUE.
A. IT FALLS APART AND LEAVE BEHIND RESIDUE ON UR LIP GLOSS
&
B. YOU DONT HAVE NEARLY AS MUCH CONTROL OVER WHERE YOU REMOVE THE LIPGLOSS FROM WITH A HUGE PIECE OF TISSUE.
THE FINGER POP IS METHOD. IF U DONT LIKE IT, YOU CAN YOU USE A PIECE OF PAPER OR A NON-GLOSS BUSNIESS CARD IF YOU HAVE ONE AROUND.

Here's a neat tutorial for you on how to achieve the perfect red lip. Sorry my eyeliner is wonky, i took off my makeup right before i made this :)

Things I used:
MAC Lip Conditioner
Red Enriched Lip Liner
Classic Dame Mattine Lipstick
Pure Vanity Lipglass
Studio Finish Concealer NC15

the lipstick and gloss i used were limited, so if youre looking for good red lip colors, try ruby woo, russian red for matte, or lady bug or mac red for shiny colors. :)
