LONDON - FashionTV has the scoop on the hair and makeup for Vivienne Westwood Red Label during London Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2012-2013. Vivienne Westwood is always known to make a powerful statement and it was said that she did so this season by not being as overwhelming and out-of-the-box as usual. Usually the designer goes a little bit crazy with the makeup and the only way she really did that this time around were those fake neck and hand tattoos that were painted on by artists. "It's not as harsh as normally how Vivienne does it," model Lisa Cummings tells FashionTV a half-hour before the show is about to start. Some of the girls have suns painted on their hands and flying saucers on their necks as well as other symbols.
